Community groups hopeful violence reduction plan will affect real change in Indianapolis

Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett plans to ask the City-County Council for millions to bolster community groups that are trying to make a difference by reduction violence in the city. 2017 is on track to be Indianapolis' deadliest year on record.
