This as the Ministry of Health in Gaza says 390 Palestinians have been killed and 734 injured in the past two days while communications were suspended.

Meanwhile the UN Security Council again delayed a vote on a draft resolution urging scaled-up humanitarian aid access to Gaza after another day of intense negotiations.
