FIRST ATTEMPT: Aug 1st 2023: Intro to Carnivore Lite - My Original Carnivore Lite Plan

This was my Intro to Meat Based, Carnivore Lite Diet Lifestyle I started on, with Fasting and some exercise, for Aug 1st, 2023. IT WAS MY FIRST ATTEMPT. LOL,
I did lose 17lbs in 6 weeks but died off and gained some back. Shows my plan and version of easing into the Carnivore lifestyle with Carnivore Lite. Carnivore lite is a modified carnivore diet to fit me. I was getting desperate, so I thought of using social media to keep me accountable. But what I forgot was it takes a while to get subscribers lol I was talking to myself. lol
I'm not giving advice because who takes advice from an obese Fatbassterd LOL!! :)
