This is my Day in the Life of a Carnivore Lite journey for weight loss Vlog: Nov 18th, 2023: Day 8: LOST approx. 5 LBS SINCE NOV 11TH 2023. I didn't weigh myself for this day, so it's an estimate.
I started on Aug 1st, 2023, lost 17lbs up to Sept 14th, 2023, got down to 353.6 lbs. from 371.5 lbs., then died off.
But On Nov 10th, 2023, I got a Carnivore challenge from the Against the Grain Channel with Ryann Murphy. I'm doing the Against the Grain Carnivore challenge. Ryan and his 17,000+ followers will have me on once a week to help me stay accountable to my Carnivore Lite plan, This is a blessing I didn't see coming. THE MOST HIGH YAH, works on HIS time.
