He was stationed in the Atsugi Naval airbase in Japan where he had a top-secret clearance in their U2 plane spy program.

This operation was being run by none other than Richard Bissel, a man JFK would fire in his attempt to stop the CIA's war agenda.

The Warren Commission would not ask about Oswald's connection to the U2 program and, of course, there was no one to connect him back to this place as dead men tell no tales.
Not only this but Oswald has been linked to the CIA's MK Ultra program as some allege that he was one of the people they did tests on.
It wasn’t just Oswald who had connections to the MK-Ultra program. Jack Ruby was visited by a contract psychiatrist for the CIA in his isolation cell who was an expert in MK Ultra mind control.

You literally can't make this up. The amount of cover-ups in the wake of JFK's assassination is mind-boggling, to say the least.

He found Jack Ruby technically insane and in need of immediate psychiatric hospitalization. He was pronounced crazy.

So the CIA headed up the Warren Commission and found themselves to be innocent of all wrongdoing while at the same time, Oswald was a CIA asset and Ruby was found to be insane by a CIA MK Ultra doctor.
