MUGEN - Extremely Rare Char - 6 Wind vs. Shin Ken - Download

Why do I have extremely rare chars and you don't?! xD We have 6 Wind by Unknown Japanese author vs. Shin Ken by Shin Striker and Bacteria. According to rx0808, the editor of 6 Wind is by a Japanese author. Electrocaid and Grayeyes2020 does not have this char! This char is so obscure, I can't find it mentioned at ニコニコMUGENwiki! However, I found out that this char was uploaded at eSnips at least 3 times, and it was reuploaded at Mediafire too, but the dl link was taken down. Don't know if this is the latest version or not. Don't know if this is untouched or has been tampered with by another anonymous.
