Ruth Chapter 3 - The late night threshing floor scene, where Ruth asks Boaz to marry her

In Ruth Ch 3, Naomi instructs Ruth on how to claim Boaz as her Goel or kinsman redeemer. Ruth obeys Naomi and goes late at night to the threshing floor. She sneaks in after everyone has gone to sleep and sleeps at the feet of Boaz. Boaz wakes up in the middle of the night and is startled to find Ruth at his feet. Ruth asks Boaz to be her redeemer, to marry her. It's at this point in the narrative we find out that another man is in the mix.
