I was addicted to heroin for 16 years. I have been clean since 2018. This is my advice on how to deal with opiate withdrawal. I will be talking about this in a 3 part video.

The second part to this video is how to get off of opiates by going to a Methadone/Suboxone clinic.
If they do not have a clinic in your area, you can consult with your local doctor on how to get a prescription for methadone or suboxone.
