I was addicted to heroin for 16 years. I have been clean since 2018. This is my advice on how to deal with opiate withdrawal. I will be talking about this in a 3 part video.
The first part to this video is how to get off of opiates - Cold Turkey. Getting off of opiates without any medical intervention. I will talk about techniques i used to deal with opiate withdrawal at home.
