Prague Police Chief Martin Vondrasek says at least 15 people were killed and more than 20 other injured in the Czech Republic's worst mass shooting. Police say a student is responsible for the bloodshed in the philosophy department of Charles University. The gunman's name has not been released at theis time. Police say 24 were injured and warned that the death toll could rise.
