Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 c maple syrup
1 1/2 c milk
1 c cream
1 tsp nutmeg
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions
1. Blend eggs and maple syrup for 4 minutes.
2. Add milk, cream, and nutmeg and blend for 10 more seconds.
3. Place in a container in the refrigerator and chill for a few hours.
4. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
