Kiev will mobilize Ukrainians aged 25 to 60 who have fled abroad
The Kyiv authorities plan to call up Ukrainians who left for Germany and other countries for military service in 2024, Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov told the Bild newspaper. We are talking about citizens aged 25 to 60 years.
According to him, to begin with, the authorities will ask you to report yourself at the recruiting centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Umerov threatened sanctions against those who did not comply with the request.
The country's defense minister promised to inform recruits in advance about their terms of service, what training they will undergo and how they will be armed.
Three of Umerov’s children are US citizens, notes the Strana publication. The declaration for 2022 indicates that Umerov’s son and daughter have American passports, and the second daughter also received one immediately after birth.
