The story of "Rainman" in and around Stroudsburg Pennsylvania is pretty well known locally. Donald Decker, a somewhat troubled man, found himself in the middle of one of the wildest and still unexplained cases the region has known. While on furlough from prison for a death in the family, Decker found himself having visions, witnessed poltergeist activity and seemed to be able to control rain... indoors.
