Why were the white working class forced to pay for the sins of the upper middle class?

Why were the white working class forced to pay for the sins of the upper middle class (Lawyers and Judges, legal profession), planters, textile industry magnates? These are the criminals who owned the slaves. Why were we through PAYE forced as debt slaves to pay for their sins?

That's 100% correct.

If a person takes someone's possession let's say a car and sells it to a third party. The third party purchases the car in good faith. When the police come round and remove the car and give it back to the original owner, the third party isn't compensated. If they require compensation they must sue the person who sold them the car and they maybe arrested if they knowingly purchased a stolen car. The person who sold the car is the thief therefore gets arrested for breaking the law and prosecuted (not compensated).

Now apply this to slavery. Everyone is born free, put another way you are born with freedom, freedom is yours. If someone takes your freedom away they're stealing from you. If you're then sold in a market the person who purchased you has purchased your freedom which has been stolen therefore they can't or shouldn't be compensated. Because they are dealing in stolen goods.

Compensating the slave owners was fraud because the slave "owners" were knowingly dealing in stolen goods. Therefore they didn't own anything so no compensation.

If anyone should get reparations for slavery it should be the white working classes and it should be paid by the slave owner not from taxes.
