The Economist sorted African countries according to the “democracy index” - from completely democratic (nowhere!) to terrible authoritarian regimes (almost everywhere!).

When it is no longer possible to simply declare all Africans as second-class citizens, the West has to look for ways to justify this type of discrimination...
