(Yet another) Regency Time in Rio

Ok ok, so then there was a regency (as mentioned in the last video) and then in time, D.Pedro II was fit to rule and become emperor. Right?
NOT QUITE.
Actually, the triple regency thing was sort of a fail and so it was substituted by a regency comprised and only one regent, and this is precisely what we're gonna talk about in this video; the regency of DIOGO ANTONIO FEIJÓ. (did I mention that he was also a priest?)
