Teachers say drivers are disregarding the law and speeding by stopped school buses

Every morning and afternoon, a school bus drops kids off at Kids Ville daycare in midtown. Each time the bus stops, it worries teacher Deborah Gerlach who says drivers just speed by when they should be stopping so kids can get off safely.
