Smooth Iron by Nic Dunn | Semester Composition
6 months ago
I've completed my first semester of my music composition degree at UNT, and this is the piece I've written as my final project. I included quintal harmony and modal scales.
Unfortunately, my bass guitar was not tuned correctly prior to this recording, and so some parts sound off. I'm still proud of this piece and I am thankful for this recording opportunity, as well as my friend and fellow composer Mickey who is playing the vibraphone part.
