Emergency cold shelter 'lifesaver' for NKY homeless

The lives of homeless people in our community are in genuine danger when temperatures start to drop. This emergency cold shelter at Shelterhouse saved Nora Elliot's life and hundreds of others, but the need is still greater than the resources available.
