Taelor Monroe is a Permaculture Specialist with certification in teacher training. She sees herself as an Environmental Advocate in all the work she does. She uses her knowledge in her work as a Health Coach. She is passionate about holistically teaching people how to care for themselves through whole food, herbs, exercise, and spirituality. As a Permaculture Designer, she creates and designs food forests, berms, swales, veggie gardens, and rainwater catchments. She manages and teaches at the Austin Permaculture Guild and is part of the non-profit Cosmos Ranch Foundation.
