Here's how to cultivate more HOPE in 3 steps:

1. GOAL - Create a goal you'd like to work towards.
2. BELIEVE - Make it achievable. (Must believe!)
3. OPTIONS - Be willing to try INFINITE ways to get there.

The best plan is the one that gives you the most options.

If you're willing to be flexible AND persistent, nothing will stop you. 💪

This stuff isn't easy, but you're FAR more capable than you give yourself credit for.

Don't WAIT to feel better, you've got it backwards. ACT and you'll start feeling better. These 3 steps are a great starting point. 👌
