Introduction:

2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions:

Sauté the Mushrooms:

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until they release their moisture and become golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Add Spinach and Garlic:
