ADT's Customers are calling US for help!!! Why are they not taking care of customers?

We are continually getting calls from ADT, Brinks and Vivint customers needing help with their system. Batteries have failed, system cameras don't work and service call appointments are continually missed. Why are we loosing the ability to service customers? Come on ADT; get with it. You used to be great.
