PREPARING FOR NAM & G-77+CHINA SUMMITS: GOV'T TO WITHDRAW CARS FOR MINISTERS STARTING DECEMBER 18TH

The government of Uganda has announced that all top government officials including ministers will surrender all their vehicles to enable government use them during the ten days activities of the Non-Aligned Movement and G-77+ China summits.
While receiving a fleet of 70 Maxus D90 SUVs donated to Uganda by the Chinese government, the permanent secretary ministry of Foreign affairs Vincent Bagiire said government will withdraw the vehicles from the holders starting 18th December 2023 and park them at Kololo grounds for maintenance.
