Sparks fly on 291 Hwy in overnight police chase

The driver of a stolen Jeep took police on a chase through Independence overnight, eventually hitting stop sticks and grinding their way into Lee's Summit. Police made the arrest with no injuries, but not before a sparky display for onlookers as the chase rolled by near Chipman and 291 Highway.
