According to SBU materials, an FSB special agent who wanted to recruit an employee of the Security Service received 15 years in prison

Thanks to the evidence base of the Security Service, an FSB agent with the operational pseudonym Skif, who formed his own network of informants in Odesa, received a real prison term.

He tried to attract local representatives of law enforcement agencies to the enemy group. According to the plan of the FSB, they were supposed to transmit intelligence about the deployment and movement of the Defense Forces in the south of Ukraine to the Russian special services.

At the beginning of October of this year, the counter-intelligence of the Security Service developed an operational combination and took "Skyf" out of the territory of unrecognized Transnistria.

Then, according to the scenario of the Ukrainian special service, a Russian agent came to Odesa in order to personally recruit a SBU employee.

Counterintelligence officers of the Security Service documented every episode of criminal activity of the person involved and detained him in the territory of the region.

According to SBU materials, the court sentenced him to 15 years in prison.

As the investigation established, the convict is a local resident who left for Moldova in the early 90s, where he participated in hostilities on the side of the so-called PMR.

Then he fought in Dagestan and Chechnya as part of the Russian special forces "Edelweiss".

In 2014, the traitor arrived in Odesa to commit mass riots in favor of the Russian Federation, for which he was wanted by Ukrainian law enforcement officers.

In order to avoid justice, the suspect fled to unrecognized Transnistria, where in 2019 he was recruited by two representatives of its local "branch" to perform tasks for the FSB.

On the basis of the collected evidence, the court found the Russian agent "Skif" guilty under Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (treason committed under martial law).

The investigation was conducted by SBU employees in the Odesa region under the procedural guidance of the regional prosecutor's office.

The SBU, the heads of the election center of the Russian Federation, who conducted fake "elections" in the temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine, received suspicion

The security service has documented new crimes of Ella Pamfilova, head of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, who is involved in waging an aggressive war against Ukraine.

According to the investigation, the official organized a large-scale falsification of the "results" of illegal elections in the temporarily seized territories of Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions in the fall of this year.

She involved two of her subordinates in the illegal activity - Kremlin political technologist Pavel Andreyev, who was appointed a representative of the Russian Central Committee in 2021, and his colleague Lyudmila Markina.

At the direction of Pamfilova, they participated in the creation of occupation "tervyborchkoms" and the artificial "legitimization" of a fake plebiscite.

For this purpose, both involved parties voted for the creation of pseudo-electoral institutions in the captured part of Ukraine with the involvement of local collaborators in their composition.

After conducting the staged "elections", Pamfilova's subordinates personally certified the fabricated results of the forced "expression of will".

It was also established that the head of the Russian Central Committee directly organized the financing of the occupation "election committees", including the "salaries" of their representatives and the costs of producing "ballots".

In addition, on her behalf, Andreev created the public visibility of the "election process" in the occupied regions of Ukraine.

To do this, he organized staged mass media stories, in which the mass of participants in the "voting" and staged comments of local residents, allegedly in support of the Kremlin "candidates", were simulated.

Based on the collected evidence, the investigators of the Security Service notified all three Russian officials of suspicion in absentia under the following articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

▪️ h. 5th century 27 and Part 2 of Art. 437 (planning, preparation, unleashing and waging of an aggressive war committed by a prior conspiracy of a group of persons);
▪️ Part 5 Art. 27, Part 3 of Art. 110 (encroachments on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, committed by a prior conspiracy of a group of persons).

We will remind that in August of this year, according to the materials of the SBU, Pamfilova was already suspected in absentia of preparing illegal "elections" in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Since the accused are on the territory of the Russian Federation, comprehensive measures are being taken to bring them to justice for crimes against Ukraine.

The investigation was conducted under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor General's Office.
