Colorado embraces Marxism, subverts Democracy - Dec. 20, 2023

Judge #AndrewNapolitano said [paraphrased]: "If the U.S. Supreme Court doesn't take #Trump's appeal to the #Colorado Supreme Court's decision to take his name off the ballot in 2024 — or if #SCOTUS takes the case but rules against him — then it's game over for #DonaldTrump, because then other Blue states will jump on the band wagon to remove his name too. Then we'll be having judges decide elections in America instead of voters."

To date, the #Marxist-Democrat States (aka Blue States) had lawsuits pending to take Donald Trump off the ballot, and they hope their radical judges will decide the 2024 election instead of the American voters (like what happened in 2020, by both ACTION (like in PA) and by In-ACTION (like the Supreme Court.)
