So due process doesn’t exist in CO

So President Trump is denied due process and convicted by the Colorado Supreme Court of a federal crime he hasn’t been convicted by a jury of his peers yet, just so they can remove him from the ballot.
Let’s see how this plays out as a lower court said no, the CO Supreme Court says yes he can be removed , next it goes to the US Supreme Court in DC .
This is clearly a violation of the constitution.
