Brian and I would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers when we were sick. It means so much to us that you all are so supportive and kind! We are both almost 100% now, the aftereffects of what we had are no joke for sure. Thank goodness for this way of eating because I feel prior to getting healthier and the 100 lb. weight loss for me it could have been much worse.
