Iron Dome Blocks Rockets From Lebanon As IDF Strikes Hezbollah, Israel-Hamas In Hostage Talks | Gaza.

The IDF says it carried out airstrikes against a series of Hezbollah sites in southern Lebanon, amid the ongoing border skirmishes. The sites include military sites where Hezbollah members operated and other infrastructure, according to the IDF. The Times of Israel calls the strikes “rare” but not unprecedented amid the ongoing clashes with Hezbollah.
Earlier, the IDF says the Iron Dome intercepted six rockets fired from Lebanon at the Yiftah area in northern Israel overnight. The IDF adds that separately, an airstrike was carried out against a Hezbollah site in southern Lebanon in response to the attack.
The IDF also said that two reservists were injured in a missile attack against an army post near the northern community of Malkia on Dec. 19.
