It’s very easy to fall into eating low quality foods without nutritional density behind it. Many nutrient dense foods have been stripped from our diets today.

An example of this is liver. Our ancestors ate a lot of organ meats, but today, we focus only on the muscle meats.

Maybe organ meats just are not your thing, so what what you can do is focus on other nutrient dense foods like eggs, broccoli, blueberries and even chocolate.

The chocolate should be dark chocolate with at least 80% cocoa and sugar free. They make them sweetened with stevia and they are very good.
