Improving health & emergency care - Min. Katumba Wamala calls on drivers to have First Aid Kits

Ugandan drivers have been urged to ensure they have First Aid Kits fixed in their vehicles for safety of their lives in case of any emergencies.
This message was delivered by the minister of Works and Transport Gen. Edward Katumba Wamala at the launch of emergency care and healthcare services by Samaritan Healthcare Support System in Kampala. Gen. Katumba is convinced that the trainings will help reduce on the overwhelming death numbers due to road accidents.
