Seattle teens involved in vicious hit-and-runs

Are we really surprised that in 2023, in Seattle, that a group of teens is driving into pedestrians and laughing? We've been seeing an escalation of youth crime across the country and this is just the latest. Too bad Democrats won't even admit there's a problem. Maybe because they caused it.
