He explains the role of the Central Committee in the Republican Party in California, how it functions, and how one can run during the Primaries to become an elected member of the committee. (This is the only way to become a Precinct Committeeman/woman in California.) He also shares his technology experience and how he's developed a couple very helpful apps, one of which identifies problems related to voter fraud.
