Cold approach is hard, and I want to show you that we all get rejected. There is no smoke & mirrors; no matter who you are, you will get rejected a lot of the time. The point is that it's not that big of a deal, it's nothing personal, and it will make you more resilient to a point where you don't care and you will eventually meet some girls who are actually into you and maybe find one that you will start a relationship with. Don't let anyone tell you that they never get rejected; that is the furthest thing from the truth. As a man, it is your job to approach any girl you find attractive. If she is receptive and likes you, great. But if not & you get rejected, it is no big deal at all. Think of it as a positive step towards living your true self & one step closer to meeting a girl who will actually like you and once that happens, you'll instantly forgot about all the prior rejections.
