Giving the Next Conservative President a Running Start

Derrick Morgan, Executive Vice President of the Heritage Foundation, says Project 2025’s top priority is to provide the next conservative president with a concrete transition plan for the first 180 days of their administration. “Heritage has always been about policy and ideas and people, even above politics our role in the movement has always been to make sure that folks that campaign as conservatives actually act as conservatives,” Morgan explains. “And here, we want to join together with 80 other groups to make sure that people have the playbook and can get the job done.”
