More than 86,000 individuals affected by shearline and typhoon Kabayan –NDRRMC

The number of individuals affected by tropical cyclone Kabayan also known as Jelawat, has reached over 86,000, here in the Philippines, while some parts of the country will still experience rainfall as the typhoon weakens.
