Adam Skelly, Chris Weisdorf, Jody Ledgerwood, and Sharon Peters join me to discuss the latest news on Adam's landmark constitutional challenge of the COVID Lockdowns. Adam was the first business owner in North America to be arrested for defying a public health order. He has been through many ups and downs including having to shut down his businesses, but is adamant that his case be heard. It is the only case in North America challenging the premise of the pandemic. He brings 6 PhD Experts with EVIDENCE proving the government called an unnecessary emergency, causing many small businesses to go under, plus many other implications. The challenge also argues reasonable alternatives being intentionally ignored in order to push an emergency. After almost 3 years, Adam's challenge still has standing in court and a hearing date was finally granted for October 2024. In order to keep that hearing date, his team must raise $32,000 for security costs by Jan 20th - or the case will be tossed.
