6 Key Factors to help Build your Physique Improvement Plan
6 Things to Consider when building your physique improvement plan!
Thing # 1 Goal setting. Identify your goal, or your vision for how you would like your body to look. After that you will want to determine a realistic time frame that you can achieve that by. Then figure out a way to measure your progress, I recommend weekly.
Thing # 2 Weight training. To shape the body you absolutely NEED to weight train. You will need to identify a plan that you can adhere to that challenges you to reach a higher level.
Thing # 3 Cardio training. This is what will actively burn calories. Be careful not to do too much, or too little.
Thing # 4 Nutrition. A balanced plan, and one that is sustainable(ie. Something you can stick to over time) You want to make sure you have enough calories to stay strong while loosing body fat. Or if your goal is to just grow enough calories to actually grow but not gain fat.
Thing # 5 Supplements. There are a multitude of supplements out there to choose from. I believe if you keep your supplement plan simple and with products that are time tested and proven you can’t go wrong.
Thing # 6 Consistency. You absolutely need to stick to the plan you set for some time, I recommend at least 6 months.
