What is it? Why do should you do it? In simple terms: Miyagi rule #1 of winning gun fight‐ No be there. Bullets always have the right of way. Assuming that the bad guy already has a bead on you, offlining makes him reset his OODA loop giving you lrecius microseconds of NEGATIVE time to catch up and put effective rounds on the threat.
