Woman Says She was Attacked by Stranger

A woman says she was randomly attacked while trying to greet a friend outside of a grocery store. It happened on Saturday in front of Bennett's Grocery on Airport Pulling Rd in Naples. The victim told Collier County Deputies that she was in front of the grocery store when she began walking over to a guy she knew. That's when 31-year-old Lindsey Taylor of Cape Coral came from the right of the store, pushed the victim down on the sidewalk and punched her repeatedly in the mouth and ear, a report states. Deputies later arrived to the scene and arrested Lindsey. She remains in jail on battery charges.
