Seems like this one plays sometimes and the other one plays sometimes. It's really the same song but it starts in different places I guess.

According to https://metroid.fandom.com/wiki/Metroid_Prime_%26_Fusion_Original_Soundtracks, the official soundtrack album was released only in Japan, on June 18, 2003, and I therefore believe it's no longer available for purchase.
