Gen Z’s anxiety struggles lead to "Menu Anxiety!"

You know as a society we’ve gone off the rails and are heading downward into the abyss when 21-26 year olds, gen Z’ers, cite struggles with anxiety are affecting their dining habits with a majority admitting to dealing with "menu anxiety" in restaurants, according to a new survey.
