Superintendent Dr. Leadriane Roby says they have capacity for 27-thousand students but only have an enrollment of around 14-thousand. She says they will save 63-million-dollars in maintenance costs with the building closures and moving students to other nearby schools. Roby adds the plan will help them improve students' learning experience.
