Ann Arbor residents can pick up five gallons of salt for free from the city

The salt is not intended for contractors or landscapers. Residents must bring their own shovel and bucket. The salt can be picked up at Gallup Park, Veterans Memorial Park, Allmendinger Park, Buhr Park, Burns Park, Leslie Park or 721 N. Main Street.
