are you looking for the healthiest, easiest, tastiest breakfast to jump start your morning? I cut out cereal and other unhealthy alternatives to breakfast, and have eaten these every morning for almost 1 year. They have helped me lose weight, stay full, and feel satisfied for breakfast!
RECIPE:
2 cups nonsweet vanilla almond milk
1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 ripe avocado
1 packed cup spinach leaf
1/4 to 1/2 cup peanutbutter
mix in blender
enjoy now, or to save for later...
pour into sealable 5 oz serving cups
freeze
put 1 in fridge night before (to soften)
dump 5 oz cup into blender with 5 oz more almond milk and 1 heaping tbsp yogurt
blend and enjoy!!!
