Got something going on in the morning? (Like a garage sale) and want to make an easy breakfast for a group of people? Check out this Egg Scramble made on the Blackstone!

Grocery List: (for 5-6 people)

1 lb ground country style sausage
1 medium sweet yellow onion
2 russet potatoes
10 eggs
salt and pepper
mild shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1) Shred potatoes with a box grater (I leave the skin on, you don't have to)
2) De-starch the shredded potatoes by placing them in cold water for up to 2 hours and then wring out (as seen in video)
3) Heat Blackstone griddle to medium high heat with some bacon grease, oil, or butter
4) Once to temp spread potatoes evenly on the griddle, mixing around to ensure even cooking, add salt and pepper
5) Heat up a skillet to medium heat and begin browning ground sausage
6) Once sausage has been broken up place onions in alongside and mix in
7) Once potatoes have a nice browning, mix in the sausage and onions, mix everything together
8) Add scrambled eggs, constantly mix together as the eggs cook around the other ingredients
9) Add cheese and mix in
10) Serve!
