Quick how to for inflating a tubeless tire that is flat.
1. Make sure the tire is properly on the rim
2. Tighten a ratchet strap around it, to create a seal between the rubber/rim
3. Begin to inflate the tire to partial PSI
4. Remove ratchet carefully and continue to inflate to full PSI
