Some pertinent information oh how to bring your council to heel.
I tell you here that your ratepayer representative groups may not be properly representing your interests, and the reasons why.
Your council, like nearly all local councils in Australia, are incorporated, private , businesses, using your rates monies for their own private purposes.
In this video I reiterate that your local council is subject to full commercial liability for every bit of harm, loss or injury they perpetrate on you, and tell you a bit about payouts one council's insurer has had to make.
You would do well to take out a Herald-Sun subscription, for a month or two, to access the Herald-Sun links here.
