3 Eggs
2 Cups Cornmeal
1 Cup Buttermilk
1 Tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
8 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup Oil

Dressing Ingredients:
Cornbread
1 Qt. Chicken Stock
4 Cups Season Bread Crumbs
1 small Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
3 Celery Stalks
1 Tbsp. Rubbed Sage
1 Tbsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Thyme
1 Tsp. Salt
